The Octagon Business Park is a phased development and work is already well underway. The first unit is due to be completed in June and is currently under offer. Construction of phase 2 has begun and is progressing rapidly so please feel free to contact us for an informal discussion.
Terms are flexible and units are available either freehold or leasehold.
The site will be subject to a service charge where occupiers will pay a fair contribution towards the maintenance and upkeep of the site to include common parts and landscaped areas.
Business Rates will be payable and these will be assessed by Broadland District Council as each unit is completed and occupied.
Each party will be responsible for their own legal costs.
